In Jacksonville, a large majority of urban youth lack even one caring adult in their life, leading directly to increased dropout rates, unemployment, crime, and other roadblocks to their success.

Elevate has proven effective in changing these trends and transforming the lives of our nation’s youth. We believe that education and mentorship are the keys to unlocking the untapped potential of youth in Jacksonville. In this effort, we invite you to join the Thousand Lights Club, where your donations will shine brightly as beacons of hope and opportunity for the next generation.

We currently serve over 550 students in Duval County Schools, and we have a large waiting list! We have growth goals to steadily increase our student outreach by 15% each school year.

How does the Elevate program work? We independently employ nine Teacher/Mentors inside four Duval County schools, who teach daily courses on 13 vital character traits and life skills in accredited classes. The Elevate program also includes 24/7 mentoring, weekend and summer adventures, and college and career planning. With Elevate, "No one Gets There Alone" because these students have options. Help us reach our goal of reaching more students. Then, we can affect change in the life of a child, a family, and a zip code!
